I see what you’re saying about the arms. Their shapes are a bane of middle age, and I know well the struggle. Keep a 3-5 pound weight near the desk, and pump it while on the phone.
Love your haircut and color. Looks very hip!

I think it’s the angle the photo was taken from that’s the culprit. Your arms are in the foreground of a shot taken from below; therefore, they look larger than they actually are.
