Every Wednesday night, my sister in law and brother plan a “special” meal for their four children. Here are a few Wacky Wednesday creations from recent weeks.

And one of the children gets to be the special secret helper each week as Wacky Wednesday meals are prepared. That’s part of the fun. The helper is sworn to secrecy until the meal is unveiled. I liked upside down Wednesday best, I think.
Oh! so that’s why the table is upside down! Couldn’t figure that one out…
