We also have the castle in the above picture, but while its 14-year-old owner passed down another castle to the 8-year-old earlier this week, he is still holding on to that one for now. I was the kind of kid who never broke a toy, and am the mother of kids who mostly end up breaking them ALL, which is an aspect of parenting I have found frustrating.
