We actually do know a lot about this family, because they have told us. Several of the Jackson adult children have spoken extensively in many interviews about the severe physical and emotional abuse from their father. Also, the father Joe Jackson has confirmed in interviews that he beat his children. Joe Jackson has been all over the news since MJ's death, acting as the spokesperson for the whole family, and he and his wife are not divorced. It's reasonable to assume he will have contact with and influence over these kids as the continuing patriarch. Plus Mrs. Jackson bears significant responsibility for the abuse, as she allowed it to happen over many years to all of her children. I don’t agree with you Toby. He and his wife live in different states. They live separately. How is leaving the children to his mother the same as leaving them to Joe? Michael obviously knew the family dynamic when he excluded his father from his his will. And his father is the one speaking on behalf of the family. So leaving the kids to his mother really means leaving them to his parents. And as I said, she might not have beaten him as the father did, but she let the guy do the apparently horrific things he did to all of her children. That's abuse, too.
