We are experiencing technical difficulties….

Hey there blogreaders – Jon is trying to figure out why many of you seem to be having trouble commenting on my blog, and he’s also trying to get a handle on some other technical glitches that we seem to be having.
If you are having trouble loading my blog, seeing parts of it, or commenting – whether these problems are a regular occurrence or only happen occasionally, will you let us know? If you CAN comment, you can let us know what specific hassles you are encountering/have encountered in the comments below, or you can send me an email at katie.granjuATgmail.com.

Sometimes the comment box is actually covering either the lower part of the previous comment or (like now) where it says “share and enjoy”. I think I can still leave a comment though.
I guess we shall see!

I get the java and cookies (mmm!) message if I try to post through your facebook link. I can post directly from AOL without a problem. I’m not sure if I can post through the Twitter link or not–I’ll check.

No problems with comments, but the links to your Babble posts haven’t been working, lately (maybe for the past week or so). I get a ‘page not found’ error.

A lot of times when I click to look at the comments that people have posted, a huge banner blocks a part of the comments so I can’t read them. I have resorted to “copying” the contents of the comments and pasting them into an empty word document, where I am able to read them. Gets to be a pain sometimes…not sure if the problem is on your end or my end, though.

Most of my difficulties have been either with your blog content not loading, or various things in the sidebar (most often the ad box at top).
I’m pretty sure my situation is to do with the BlogHer ads. I rarely go over to the BlogHer site much for the same reasons, and have had the same phenomena on other sites that carry BlogHer ads.
