The sea bands worked for me, as well as the frequent eating of small meals. Sometimes, all I could handle was potato chips and 7 up. And cold orange slices with cottage cheese for some reason. Glad the candied ginger is working for you!

I love ginger candy and eat it regularly.
Try this candy, it's what is popular at the moment for the morning sick population in NYC.
They sell them on a morning sick website, but you can get them at wholefoods or Asian grocery stores.

You may also find some relief from ginger beer, which is like extra spicy gingerale. I also found salted Indian lassis, homemade yoghurt made into smoothies with ice, salt and optionally toasted cumin seeds. At this point I'd leave them out, but they do taste good nonpregnant.
