Leo takes good care of 18 month old Danger Baby.
This is her idea of a comfy spot for watching TV.
And he keeps a good eye on her when she naps in her stroller. When we got home from our walk tonight, she was still asleep, and Jon had a hard time convincing Leo to leave me and the stroller with the sleeping baby in it out on the porch while I got her unbuckled. Leo made it clear that he did not approve of this plan, and he only went inside with Jon very reluctantly.
And this is really the only thanks he wants from her.
Good dog, Leo.

Katie, I do a lot of volunteer work at our local shelter. I would like to refer to your posts about Leo when people consider adopting GPs from us. Heck, I’d take one myself if I hadn’t already scooped up three darlings (a Lab, a Spaniel Mix and a Heinz-57).
Leo is a great example for potential adoptees.
This is totally cute Katie. What a good protector Leo is. She has got a friend in
Leo, while she grows up.
Reminds me of our Bear. Such great dogs.
Oh, I love that Leo!
He sounds like the perfect dog for your family. It’s fascinating how different breeds (and individual dogs within a breed) have such different traits. Go Leo!
Do you still have Fiat and Mabel? I always read about Leo, but not sure I have heard of them.
Oh yeah. We absolutely have Fiat & Mabel. I brought them home as small puppies 8 years ago and am committed to them for the rest of their days.

More stories about Leo! And pics!! I love him, he is really a great dog!
Oh, the best pictures ever! Love the propped up bottle! And the last one just melts my heart. My hubby is severely allergic to animals, otherwise I’d get one. I’ve always wanted a dog like Leo: big, strong, calm, protective and loungy.
