As the parent of five children of my own, as well as auntie to 14 beloved young nieces and nephews, I have, as you might imagine, the mother of all Christmas shopping lists. However, like most of y’all, I do NOT have unlimited $$$ to spend on all the presents I want to purchase every year. Thus, I have had to get pretty darn good at holiday shopping in order to balance that long list with the budget that Jon and I have agreed to in any particular year. In fact, I think that through the experience of buying all those gifts each winter season, I am now a true Holiday Gift Buying Ninja.
If you are getting ready to plan or start your own holiday shopping for 2012, today’s your lucky day. Over in my latest blog post at Babble Voices, I have listed out my five, very best, easy to use and absolutely worth your time money-saving holiday shopping tips. All joking aside, I think you will actually find these ideas useful and do-able. At least I hope so. They’ve been very helpful to me.
If you do click over to read my list o’ ideas for saving money on your holiday shopping, I hope that you will also leave a comment letting me know about your own great Christmas buying hints and tricks – stuff I should try out myself when I do my shopping over the next 8 weeks.
